Career at Kolmeks

Santeri Huusko

Service
Turenki, Finland

Santeri started at Kolmeks as a summer employee in pump assembly and, after the summer, continued in motor assembly, where he worked until he began his military service.

After completing his military service, Santeri returned to the same role for a longer period, until in 2021 he transitioned to his current position in the service department. At first, he repaired motors and pumps, but over time his work gradually shifted more towards service sales.

Today, Santeri also maintains the Lunni equipment register, through which customers are offered biannual scheduled maintenance services for vacuum air ejectors.

In his work, Santeri values good colleagues, music while working, and coffee breaks in good company.

Erno Snellman

Erno aloitti vakituisesti Kolmeksilla vuonna 2011, mutta ennen tätä hänellä oli kokemusta talosta ammattikoulun työharjoitteluiden ja kesätöiden kautta. Koneistajaksi valmistumisen jälkeen hän työskenteli yrityksessä aina armeijaan lähtöön saakka.

Armeijan ja muiden töiden jälkeen hän palasi takaisin Kolmeksille. Nykyinen työ on pääasiassa koneistusta CNC-koneilla, mutta tarvittaessa myös muuta, kuten mm. logistiikkaan liittyviä töitä. Aikaisemmin hän on tehnyt myös 3D-mittaukseen liittyviä tehtäviä.

Työssään hän arvostaa työkavereita, kahvia ja taukojen hyviä keskusteluja.
